Frequently asked questions

What is the lead time on the spare part I want to buy?

The lead time is based on these 2 groups:

a)     “Same Day Shipping”: These are items that we keep in stock and that we can process and dispatch the very same day if order is received during normal working hours (07:00-14:00 CET). For large volume orders the lead time might be longer.

b)     “After Order Confirmation”: These are items that we need to order from our suppliers or modify for your special needs. For these items we should be able to provide an estimated  delivery time within 24 hours. 

Depending on the shipping address and country, the transit time will vary. After you have placed your spare pars order, your will recieve an e-mail  order confirmation with shipping day and a trasnport tracking number.

What does the warranty cover and for how long?

The warranty terms and conditions are specified in your Partner Agreement. For lifts under Extended warranty , more details are available in your AOS profile on the Aritco Cloud.

How do I make a warranty claim?

If you want to claim spare parts on warranty please fill in the "Warranty box" when you check out and specify your lift number in the comment field. 

How do I know which spare parts to buy?

You can search for both the name and the unique item number in the search field. If you are uncertain of the unique product name and number, you can browse through our different categories. You can also choose to search on your AR number and most parts that were originally used on your lift will be listed. 

Why can I not order any touch up spray cans?

Due to shipping restrictions, we don’t ship any spray cans as spare parts. Please locate a local retail to retrieve the cans you need. Contact Aritco Spares if you need help finding the right RAL code for your lift.

How do I order customized spare parts as special doors and painted products?

Please contact Aritco Spares for a quotation. We will need the lift number (AR). We will help you specify and order the spare parts you need.
